Our Mission

The mission of Information Technology Services is to provide outstanding Information Technology support and service to all faculty, staff, and students of Madisonville Community College, while supporting the KCTCS technology plan.

2006-2007 Goals for Improvement

  1. Improve Communication

    The IT department will work to improve communication with our end-users, as well as within the department. This improved communication will foster better service provided by the IT department and better understanding by our end-users.

  2. Increase Effectiveness

    The IT department will strive to become more effective through improved communication, better use of technology, and going out of our way to make sure we provide the highest possible service level. We will strive to improve our processes to provide the quickest problem resolution possible.

  3. Improve Perception

    Through the completion of the first two goals, the IT department wants to improve the perception of the department to be that of a first-class organization.
