I graduated form Madisonville Community College Associate Degree Nursing Program in December of 1994.  I received my BSN from Murray State University in May of 2005, and will graduate from Western Kentucky University in May of 2008 with a Masters of Nursing Education. 

After my ADN I began working in a nursing home where I continued to work for 3 years before venturing into the hospital setting.  I worked at Methodist Hospital for 2 ½ years as a Med-Surg nurse.  In 2000 I ventured into education when I took a position at the Webster County Area Technology Center teaching in the Health Sciences Program.  In August of 2003 I was offered a position here at MCC as a Practical Nursing Instructor. 

I live in Dixon, KY with my husband Brent and twin sons Ethan and Reece.
