The Muhlenberg County Campus of Madisonville Community College offers a variety of courses for fulfilling the need of general eduction courses such as

Credentials Offered
A student may obtain at least 50% of the credits necessary for the Associate in Arts degree on-site at the Muhlenberg Campus. The Associate in Arts degree not only provides a student with 2 years of college education but an increased level of skills, preparation for workforce, and the opportunity to pursue a Bachelor's degree at a junior standing. The Muhlenberg County Campus of Madisonville Community College offers a complete sequence of courses that are required for a 2-year Associate in Arts Degree.
In addition, a student may obtain the following credentials on-site:
- Medicaid Nurse Aid (MNA) Certificate
Medicaid Nurse Aid (MNA) provides individuals the opportunity, upon passing the state exam, to qualify for state certification to work in a long term care facility or a hospital as a Medicaid nurse assistant. The NAA 100, Nursing Assistant Skills I, class is a total of 16-weeks during a regular Fall or Spring semester. Summer offerings will vary. A state certification exam, administered currently at Madisonville, is optional after completion of the course. The MNA is also a requirement for all nursing students.
- Real Estate Pre-Licensing Certificate
Real Estate courses are available for individuals seeking state certification in Real Estate as a sales associate with the Kentucky Real Estate Commission. A total of six college credit hours (2 courses) must be completed. These courses are offered via interactive TV at the Muhlenberg County Campus. A certification exam is optional after completion of the courses.
